DreamSleep® Yognidra is a guided yogic practice designed to support the holistic development of a person’s AntahKaran®, inner awareness, and inner well-being.
This practice aims to support the development of concentration, the stabilization of the mind toward a goal, and greater consciousness in study, work, and life.

3. How and where is DreamSleep® Yognidra conducted?
Phase-1 of DreamSleep® Yognidra is inclusive. Registration is mandatory to participate.
The Phase-1 practice is conducted online only for registered participants through YouTube Live — Unlisted Link.
This link is not public, so unregistered individuals cannot join it.
After the required number of Phase-1 participants are registered, Phase-2 will be started.
Phase-2 will be conducted through private online meetings. To participate in it, the predefined eligibility and the required minimum number of participants must be fulfilled.
4. Who conducts DreamSleep® Yognidra?
This practice is conducted by AntahKaran Vigyani Lalit — the discoverer and researcher of the Kalpdroom® Science System — or by certified teachers trained and authorized by him.
5. In which language is DreamSleep® Yognidra conducted?
Currently, this practice is conducted in Hindi.
After a suitable number of registrations, the practice will also be started in Gujarati and English.
6. What is special about DreamSleep® Yognidra?
DreamSleep® Yognidra has been developed as an integral part of the ten sciences of the Kalpdroom® Science System.
This practice is different from ordinary Yognidra and is a guided yogic practice designed on an AntahKaran®-based framework.
Its approach is not limited only to relaxation or sleep, but also guides participants toward inner awareness, self-observation, steadiness of the mind, and consciousness development.
7. What are the possible benefits of DreamSleep® Yognidra?
More than 20 possible direct and indirect benefits are described in relation to DreamSleep® Yognidra.
Detailed information about these benefits will be provided during the related training, guidance, and curriculum.
Benefits and experiences may vary depending on individual nature, regularity, lifestyle, inner readiness, and other factors.
8. For how long should DreamSleep® Yognidra be practiced?
DreamSleep® Yognidra is not a short-term course or merely a motivational program.
It is designed as a lifelong Consciousness Science Journey.
It is recommended to practice regularly at least once a week for 20 to 30 minutes.
Registration is annual and must be renewed every year.
9. Is there any activity after DreamSleep® Yognidra?
Yes.
After the practice, registered participants are expected to form small groups with other participants who live nearby, study together, work together, or are closely connected.
The group activities guided by Yujom® are to be carried out by the group members themselves.
These activities may support personal development, collective learning, social well-being, and cultural harmony.
10. What is the target for starting Phase-2?
Phase-2 will be started after at least 1,00,000 participants across all categories are registered in Phase-1, and at least 10,000 participants among them become eligible and register for Phase-2.
The start of Phase-2 will be based on Yujom®’s planning, appropriate eligibility, required number of participants, and management capacity.
