Three Common Student Challenges — One Supportive Practice
1. Study Pressure, Exam Stress and Performance Anxiety
Preparatory school students may begin to feel pressure from homework, class performance, marks, competition, and expectations from parents or teachers.
DreamSleep® supports a calmer and more balanced state of mind, helping children become more ready for learning, reflection, and steady progress.
2. Lack of Focus and Digital Distraction
Mobile use, screen exposure, social media, overthinking, and scattered attention can reduce concentration and study consistency.
DreamSleep® supports better inner focus, mindful attention, and healthier study habits through regular guided relaxation and awareness-based practice.
3. Confusion, Low Confidence and Lack of Self-Discipline
At this age, many children need gentle support in building positive intention, confidence, discipline, and clarity in daily routine.
DreamSleep® helps children connect with self-awareness, positive inner direction, and disciplined daily action.

Why Begin Early?
Childhood is an important stage for developing attention, emotional balance, discipline, confidence, and positive habits. When children receive gentle and structured inner-development support early, they may become better prepared for study, relationships, behavior, and life challenges.
DreamSleep® gives children a simple weekly practice to begin this journey with guidance, calmness, and consistency.
Phase 2 Information
Phase 2 will begin category-wise only after the following two milestones are achieved:
- The total number of paid participants across all categories combined reaches 100,000 (1 lakh).
- At least 10,000 participants are registered in a particular category.
Once both conditions are met, Phase 2 for that specific category will begin through a private online platform such as Zoom, Google Meet, or another secure meeting platform.
Example:
There are six main categories. When the combined number of paid participants across all categories reaches 100,000 (1 lakh), and 10,000 participants have registered for a particular category, the Phase 2 sessions for that category will begin.
