Terms and Conditions for AntahKaran® Mastery: Wellness & Balance – Science Course

Course Fee: The course fee is ₹4,500 per participant, payable in full at the time of enrollment.
Non-Refundable: The course fee is non-refundable except in cases of session cancellation by the organizer or speaker, as outlined in Section 3.
Payment Method: Payments must be made through the designated payment platform provided at enrollment. No other payment methods will be accepted.
Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from the organizer.

Online Format: The course is delivered online via live sessions on a designated platform. Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
Session Schedule: Live sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00–5:40 AM and 9:00–9:40 PM (IST). Participants must adhere to the schedule.
Access Credentials: Participants will receive login credentials or links to access live sessions. These are personal and non-transferable.
Participation Requirements: Participants must be at least 11 years old. For participants under 18, parental consent is required at enrollment.

Participant Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for participant-initiated cancellations or non-attendance.
Organizer Cancellation: If a session is canceled by the speaker or organizer, it will be rescheduled to another day and time. If rescheduling is not feasible, participants may claim a refund of ₹187.50 per canceled session.
Refund Process: Refund requests for canceled sessions must be submitted via email to yujomlifescience@gmail.com within 7 days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a session does not entitle the participant to a refund or rescheduling.

Inclusion: The course fee includes one Kalpdroom® Artistic Symbol for Dharana and Dhyana with a table stand frame, shipped to the participant’s provided address.
Shipping: Shipping costs are included in the course fee for addresses within India. For international participants, additional shipping fees will be applied.
Delivery: The Kalpdroom® Artistic Symbol will be shipped within 7 business days of enrollment confirmation. The organizer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
Defects: If the Kalpdroom® Artistic Symbol is defective upon receipt, participants must notify the organizer within 2 days to arrange a replacement. No refunds will be issued for the Artistic Symbol itself.

Code of Conduct: Participants must maintain respectful behavior during live sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.
Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements for accessing the online platform.
Recording Prohibition: Recording, sharing, or distributing live sessions is strictly prohibited without written consent from the organizer.

Course Content: All course materials, including the Kalpdroom® Artistic Symbol, are the intellectual property of Mr. Lalitbhai Vallabhbhai Kachhadiya (Proprietor, Yujom Life Science). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Usage Rights: Participants are granted a non-transferable, personal license to use the Kalpdroom® Artistic Symbol and course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Medical Advice: The course is designed for wellness and balance but is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Participants with medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before participating.
Liability: The organizer and speaker (Guide/Mentor) are not liable for any physical, mental, or emotional outcomes resulting from participation in the course.

Updates: The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of changes via email.
Course Changes: The organizer may modify the course schedule, platform, or content with prior notice to participants. Such changes will not entitle participants to a refund unless sessions are canceled without rescheduling.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat City, India.
