Page 4 — Referral Honorarium and Benefit Structure Referral Categories and One-Time Benefits
A. Direct Referral by the Healthcare Professional Referral Partner
A Direct Referral means that the Healthcare Professional Referral Partner personally identifies, introduces, guides, and supports the joining participant through the Partner’s own professional network or direct effort.
For each verified successful Direct Referral:
The Healthcare Professional Referral Partner may receive a one-time honorarium of ₹600.
The successfully joining participant may receive a one-time joining benefit of ₹300, subject to valid referral-code submission and verification.
B. Referral Received Through an Existing or Newly Joining Participant
A Participant-Reference Referral means that a person approaches the Healthcare Professional Referral Partner through the reference of an existing or newly joining DreamSleep® YogNidra participant.
For each verified successful Participant-Reference Referral:
The Healthcare Professional Referral Partner may receive a one-time support honorarium of ₹300.
The existing or newly joining participant who provided the reference may receive a ₹300 referral credit.
The successfully joining participant may receive the applicable one-time ₹300 joining benefit, subject to verification.
Participant Referral-Credit Limit
An existing or newly joining participant may receive:
₹300 referral credit for each verified successful referral, for a maximum of 10 referrals.
Maximum participant referral credit:
₹300 × 10 = ₹3,000
No additional referral credit will be provided after 10 verified successful referrals.
No Renewal Honorarium or Benefit
The Partner honorarium, participant referral credit, and joining benefit are applicable only to the participant’s initial verified joining.
They are not applicable to:
Monthly renewals
Annual renewals
Continuation payments
Rejoining payments
Program upgrades
Any subsequent contribution from the same participant
Partner Honorarium Limit
To maintain participant-support quality and create opportunities for more healthcare and wellness professionals, the maximum honorarium payable to one Healthcare Professional Referral Partner is:
₹4,00,000 per month
₹48,00,000 per applicable program year
All payments remain subject to verification, required documentation, applicable laws, and Yujom® payment procedures.
29. Referral Model Acknowledgement(Required) I have read and understood the Direct Referral and Participant-Reference Referral categories, the applicable one-time honorarium amounts, participant benefits, referral-credit limits, and the rule that no honorarium or credit is payable on renewals.
30. Accurate Referral Classification(Required) I agree to honestly identify whether a referral was generated directly by me or received through an existing or newly joining participant. I will not claim a Participant-Reference Referral as my own Direct Referral.

Each verified paid joining participant may recommend or invite up to 10 eligible students from:
Economically disadvantaged backgrounds; or
Divyang student communities.
Yujom® will not charge an approved participation contribution from eligible students admitted under this charitable-support provision.
The applicable participation cost will be borne by Yujom® Charities, subject to:
Eligibility verification
Completion of the required registration process
Program capacity
Availability of charitable resources
Applicable Yujom® Charities policies
This support is intended for genuinely eligible students and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
31. Inclusive-Participation Support - Question: Are you willing to help identify and support eligible economically disadvantaged or Divyang students?(Required) Consent - 33. Page 6 — DreamSleep® Phase Structure Phase 1 — Common and Inclusive DreamSleep® Batch
Yujom® DreamSleep® YogNidra is currently being conducted under Phase 1.
Phase 1:
Is a common batch for registered participants.
Will continue up to 1,00,000 verified paid participants.
Is conducted through YouTube Live using an unlisted link.
Uses the unlisted format to support accessibility and inclusiveness.
May include eligible economically disadvantaged and Divyang students admitted through the charitable-support provision.
Phase 2 — Eligibility-Based Progression
Phase 2 will open after Phase 1 reaches 1,00,000 verified paid participants.
Phase 2:
Will not provide automatic entry to every Phase 1 participant.
Will begin with a minimum of 30,000 eligible and confirmed participants.
Will be conducted through Zoom or another approved private online platform.
Will be subject to active-participation and progression requirements.
For Phase 2 eligibility, a registered participant must generally:
Remain active in DreamSleep® YogNidra sessions.
Have at least four persons registered through their reference.
Participate actively in the prescribed Yujom® Trio Activities after DreamSleep® sessions.
Fulfil the applicable continuity, conduct, registration, and verification requirements.
The four registered persons may include eligible economically disadvantaged and Divyang students admitted through the approved charitable-support process.
34. Phase-Structure Acknowledgement(Required) I understand that Phase 1 is the common foundational batch and that entry into Phase 2 is not automatic. Phase 2 participation will be subject to active-participation, reference, Trio Activity, eligibility, and verification requirements.

Bank-account, tax, identity, and other payment-related documentation should preferably be collected only after the applicant has been reviewed and approved as a Healthcare Professional Referral Partner.
Approved Partners may be asked to complete a separate secure payment-onboarding form.
Honorarium payments will be subject to:
Verified successful joining records
Correct referral classification
Approved Partner status
Required identity and payment documentation
Applicable legal and tax requirements
Yujom® payment schedules and procedures
38. Payment-Documentation Acknowledgement(Required) I understand that submitting this application does not create an immediate entitlement to any honorarium. Payment eligibility begins only after formal approval, Referral Partner Code activation, verified successful joinings, and completion of required documentation.
