Terms and Conditions for AntahKaran® Wellness Workshop + Online DreamSleep® Yoga Nidra Course (For the Year 2025)

  1. Registration and Payment
  • Advance Registration: Registration for the AntahKaran® Wellness Workshop + Online DreamSleep® Yoga Nidra Course must be completed 15 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. Late registrations may not be accepted.
  • Advance Payment: Full payment for all participants (employees) must be made by the invitee employer in a single transaction at the time of registration to secure their spots. Partial payments are not accepted. Payments can be made via the payment methods specified on the Yujom® Life Science website (www.yujom.com) or through direct bank transfer. Details will be provided upon registration.
  • Confirmation of Workshop Date and Time: The specific date and time of the workshop will be confirmed only after the full payment is received. Yujom® Life Science will notify participants via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Pricing:
    • One-Time Workshop + 1-Month Online Course: ₹4,950 per person, 12 sessions, 3 sessions per week (minimum 25 participants within Gujarat; minimum 50 participants within India).
    • Renewable/Renewal 1-Year Online Course: ₹4,950 per person, 48 sessions, 1 session per week.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the workshop is canceled by Yujom® Life Science. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 15 business days.
  1. Kalpdroom® Delivery
  • Personal Unique Coded Kalpdroom®: Each participant will receive a Personal Unique Coded Kalpdroom®, an artistic symbol with a frame (Table Stand, 21.59 x 27.94 cm), included in the course fee.
  • Courier Details: The Kalpdroom® will be sent via courier to the address provided for each participant. The invitee employer must provide a list of all participating employees, including the following details for each, via email (lalitkumar@yujom.com) or WhatsApp (+91-9638979999) at the time of registration:
    • Full Name of Recipient
    • Complete Address (including house number, street, city, state, and PIN code)
    • Contact Number (for courier coordination)
    • Email Address (for communication and course access)
  • Shipping Timeline: The Kalpdroom® will be dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Yujom® Life Science is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping within India is included in the course fee. For international participants, additional shipping charges may apply, and the invitee employer will be notified in advance.
  1. Workshop Venue and Facilities
  • Responsibility of the Invitee: For workshops conducted outside Vigyan House, Surat, the workshop venue and all necessary facilities (e.g., seating, audio-visual equipment, internet access for online sessions, and other logistical requirements) must be provided by the invitee employer hosting the workshop.
  • Venue Confirmation: The invitee employer must confirm the venue details (address, capacity, and facilities) at least 10 days prior to the workshop date. Yujom® Life Science reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if the venue does not meet the required standards.
  • Workshops at Vigyan House, Surat: For workshops held at Vigyan House, Surat, all necessary facilities will be provided by Yujom® Life Science.
  • Participant Requirements: Participants are responsible for bringing their own notebooks, pens, and yoga mat. If there is sufficient space for all employees to practice in a sleeping posture, a full yoga nidra session will be conducted. If space is limited, a short yoga nidra session will be conducted in a seated posture or using chairs, as determined by Yujom® Life Science prior to the workshop.
  1. Online Course Access
  • Access Details: Participants will receive login credentials for the online DreamSleep® Yoga Nidra Course within 48 hours of payment confirmation. The course will be accessible via the Yujom® Life Science platform (www.yujom.com).
  • Session Schedule:
    • One-Time Workshop + 1-Month Online Course: 12 sessions, 3 sessions per week.
    • Renewable/Renewal 1-Year Online Course: 48 sessions, 1 session per week.
  • Technical Requirements: Participants must have a stable internet connection, a device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), and audio/video capabilities to attend the online sessions. Yujom® Life Science is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.
  • Missed Sessions: Recorded sessions may be provided at the discretion of Yujom® Life Science, but participants are encouraged to attend live sessions for the best experience.
  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • By Yujom® Life Science: If the workshop or online course is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance. The invitee employer may choose to receive a full refund or transfer the registration to a rescheduled date.
  • By Invitee Employer: Cancellations by the invitee employer are not eligible for refunds. However, the invitee employer may transfer the registration of participants to other employees, subject to approval by Yujom® Life Science, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the workshop and updated employee details are provided via email or WhatsApp.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the workshop and online sessions. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
  • All course materials, including the Kalpdroom®, are proprietary to Yujom® Life Science and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • The DreamSleep® Yoga Nidra Course, AntahKaran® Wellness, and Kalpdroom® Science System are registered trademarks of Yujom® Life Science. Unauthorized use of these materials or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Course content, including videos, documents, and other materials, is for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
  1. Liability
  • Yujom® Life Science is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the workshop or online course, whether physical, emotional, or financial.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the yoga and wellness activities. Consult a medical professional if unsure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the workshop or online course will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

  1. Amendments

Yujom® Life Science reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The invitee employer and participants will be notified of any changes via email or the Yujom® Life Science website.

By registering for the AntahKaran® Wellness Workshop + Online DreamSleep® Yoga Nidra Course, the invitee employer and participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
